Lisa Clovis is a certified yoga and fitness instructor who has taught various group exercise classes in Washington State for more than 15 years. She is a certified TJQMBB Instructor, a highest tier evidence-based Fall Prevention class based on an 8-form practice of Tai Chi. She specializes in Yoga for all ages and skill levels, Pilates, Senior Fitness classes, Barre, Bootcamp, Aqua Fitness and Bodyworks (a total body sculpting format). Her teaching style is all-inclusive, creative and fun. She consistently inspires and motivates through her knowledge and experience of the benefits of exercise in its many forms. Her personality is warm, friendly and nurturing.
