Traci Melgar

I am a bilingual Floridian living in one of the most Beautiful Small Towns of America,  Bardstown Kentucky. A 56 year old mother of three and grandma to one. With high energy and a love for activity I have enjoyed being part of the active world of sailing and diving as a child, the athletic world during Junior High and High School, the Intramural world during College, and the Fitness world as an instructor since 1993. I love meeting people and having new experiences. I believe your program is the perfect combination of my personal lifestyle goals as well as my professional ones.
