Amy Martin began practicing hot yoga in 2013.  Initially, she was looking for a workout that would challenge her physically, and yoga certainly did just that.  Over time, yoga became much more than a physical workout.  Yoga became a way of life for her.  With yoga, she found her peace.  As a teacher, and a mother of two boys, her life can be very hectic.  Yoga was not only a way for her to slow down and escape her fast-paced life; but ironically, yoga began to change her outlook on life.         

Amy is an energetic RYT500 yoga instructor who brings her students to an elevated state of consciousness.  She uses her passion for life and yoga to inspire others to be the best versions of themselves.  Through a physical vinyasa practice, Amy empowers her students by encouraging them to push beyond limits and explore what challenges them physically and mentally.  By connecting movement to breath, students are able to find the rhythm in the flow and let go.  Yoga is about being in the moment and clearing your mind, a class with Amy will certainly bring you on a journey of self-discovery and physicality that will keep you wanting more.
