Im a personal trainer and instructor in London, its been 5 years of gratifying work! Iv worked with amazing people and helped them change their lifestyle along the way.  Im an instructor at GYMBOX, Move Your Frame, and Puregym. 

My other biggest passion is traveling and making memories, it really expands my heart and mind.
