Kristin started her yoga journey in 2010. The incredible workout, flexibility, and strengthening she received from yoga was like that of no other fitness routine. Additionally, she loved the unique mind/body/spirit connection that only yoga provided her. She found that although she had difficulty sitting in normal meditation, her yoga practice calmed her mind, created the environment for her to be completely present, and has become her form of a meditative practice. Kristin is a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certified instructor through Yoga Alliance. She loves to share the joy and exhilaration she experiences in her practice with others on their mats. Her philosophy is this is the one time of day we can all take time out completely for ourselves, to detach, focus inward, and experience an incredibly powerful personal journey into self-discovery.
