Matt is a 200-hour RYT and has a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education as well as a Masters degree in Health Education. Along with his deep passion for yoga and meditation he also pursues his love of endurance sports (triathlon and running) and cooking delicious vegan food. He is the owner and operator of Long Island's first and only vegan & gluten-free food truck. He is also a leading field educator with the non-profit organization, Ethical Choices Program. Matt is also the founder and lead coach of Plant Powered Coaching, which is a plant-based coaching service that helps people to develop a healthy lifestyle and eating habits. Through this platform he coaches athletes of all levels for various endurance events including Ironman triathlons and ultra distance running races.
