Studied with Patricia DeAngelo, Angela Benvenuto & Swami Bua (117 year old yoga master still currently practicing in the United States) for 10 years. Nesta Certification-Sport Yoga Polestar Pilates Certification-Allegro/Mat Attended numerous workshops through Omega Institute and studied with numerous yoga professional over the years: Rodney Yee, Baron Baptiste, Cyndi Lee, Jonathan Urla, David Swenson, Sean Corne. Organized and Body/Mind program at Body Music from 1997-2004.
