Marnie discovered yoga in 2012. Finally, she felt at home in her body, and knew she had to share this gift. In 2014, she completed her 200 hour teacher training at Heritage Yoga School in Denver, Colorado. She immediately starting teaching to help others discover that what they have been searching for has been inside them all along.
Marnie believes that practicing self-love and honoring the body is of the highest importance. She encourages curiosity during her classes and experimentation to make the practice your own. Slow and steady is her favorite motto. Come to Marnie’s class to seek your own truth, calm your nervous system, and let go a little more.
In April of 2017, she moved to Rutland, Vermont to enjoy the beauty of the Green Mountains. Outside of teaching and practicing yoga, Marnie spends her free time hiking, kayaking, camping, weight lifting, kickboxing, playing with her dog and cat, and putting together soulful soundscapes for her yoga classes.
