Ryan Derber has been teaching group exercise courses part-time for 10 years. His specialties are in Cardio Kickboxing, Resistance Training, and Aerobic Fitness programs. In his full time, Ryan works for a manufacturing company providing human resources support to employees. The combination of fitness and human resources has allowed him to bring wellness initiatives into the workplace and develop healthy, motivated employees. Ryan loves both of his jobs equally and loves working with people that see the benefits of a healthy lifestyle!
