Nicole Brown

Hi! I am Nicole and have been in the fitness industry since 2009.  

After my time in college I was fortunate to train and coach clients at several fitness locations throughout Minnesota.  That experience allowed me to learn that Group Exercise was really my passion.  You cannot explain the contagious energy that comes for a group fitness atmosphere.  I knew I had found my calling.  

When I am not working my full time job, which is actually outside of the fitness industry, I live for my group fitness classes with SOLE Fitness and Otsego Park & Rec.  I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect fitness family.  They challenge me and encourage me to be a better version of myself every day.  Some might say I am addicted to exercise.  For me, I couldn’t imagine living life without movement – it makes you feel good!  We all start somewhere and any step, big or small, is a step in the right direction.  Never give up on YOU!
