I have a lifetime of experience in the fitness industry, which began as a child when I became involved with competitive swimming. I competed on the collegiate and international levels for Ohio University and USA Swimming Association, achieving an All American Athlete status. I became a certified Group Fitness Instructor in 1999 in persuit of a career that was rewarding and would enable me to start a family, and raise my children at home. I chose to recieve a certification in Personal Training after receiving several requests from participants in my classes for PT sessions. I attempted juggling group classes, PT, and raising a family for about a year, then decided to simplify my career some by focusing primarily on personal training. Improving the fitness, health, and lives of the wonderful people I have experienced working with on a more personal level has proven to be the most rewarding career.
