I'm a Dartmouth graduate that found my passion in personal training and strength and conditioning. I've been certified since '99 and couldn't think of a better job. I was 2004 Trainer of the year for the Edge Profitness Company out of Toronto and have presented for NERSHA on success in personal training. I currently run programs and workshops for athletes and everyday people and I'm excited about experiencing something new!
