Fitness has been a part of my life since I started playing soccer as a kid. I grew up playing team sports, ice skating, participating in gymnastics, cheer-leading, and eventually as an older teen...running. My job in non-profit management and development allowed me to travel internationally, exposing me to various dances, namely Indonesian dance and also hula. I eventually fell in love with Zumba and have been licensed to teach and actively teaching since 2015. I have since begun teaching all kinds of classes, including HIIT, bootcamp, barre, intro to running, weightlifting, and cycling. I teach Zumba and indoor cycling several times a week. I thoroughly enjoy helping others to find the form of exercise that inspires them.
