I enjoy working in the fitness industry as I have always been passionate about health and the industry is constantly providing new tools and motivation to maintain optimal health. 

Yoga specifically has impacted my life greatly.  When I attend a yoga class I always seem to take away what I "need" (this can be anything from mental clarity, to self acceptance, to a really good shoulder stretch!).  To me yoga means connecting and nurturing with one's self.  I enjoy sharing the practice with others in hopes that it will nurture them and strengthen their mind body connection.

My regular training consists of Hatha yoga, restorative yoga and a variety of dance (bellydance, jazz, ballet and hip hop).  

Some of the common traits my students have used to describe my teaching style are: non-judgmental,  warm, energetic and positive.
