Samantha Martin

Sam is a New York City based Personal Trainer and fitness instructor. As a former precessional dancer, strengthening and challenging the body was always a priority of hers. She currently works for Xtend Barre in Manhattan teaching barre and HITT classes. She also trains personally at 24 Hour Fitness and teaches Les Mills BodyPump classes. In addition, she works with pre/post natal clients with Mind Body Fitness. Her specialty is strength/ weight training and weight loss. She likes to keep workouts fresh and creative to always challenge the mind and body. She’s also a fan of turning up the music and working up a sweat!
