Laurie Kelly

My mission is to empower individuals to live fully and age gracefully through a holistic, whole-person approach to wellness: fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

Since 2018, I have helped my clients to achieve their wellness goals through customized programs of exercise, yoga, nutrition, and mindset coaching. Each person's program is unique to them. I tap into my expertise in a wide variety of modalities to deliver exactly what they need.

Yoga plays a signficant role in my own life, having practiced for over 30 years. I practice and teach traditional hatha and vinyasa yoga, as well as Yin, restorative, gentle and chair-based yoga formats. 

I spent the first 35 years of my career in the corporate world – as a CPA, then financial accounting for several large life insurance companies in the Denver, CO area. Then I entered the banking industry, where I developed and managed the anti-money laundering and anti-fraud programs for a $145 billion bank. I understand the challenges in work/life balance, dealing with stress, managing time effectively and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, because I’ve faced them all myself. I also recognize how intimidating it feels to get started on a path to fitness. In today’s world we’re bombarded with information about this or that workout, diet, or fitness fad that promises quick and easy results. My goal is to help people tune out all the noise, and focus in on what is right for ~them~.
