I’m a certified personal trainer, USA Cycling licensed coach, and the owner of PACE Performance Training in Portland, Oregon.
For the past nineteen years I've enjoyed the privilege of coaching students ranging from preteens to seniors. I specialize in strength training for runners, cyclists, climbers, and junior competitive ice skaters. My favorite training tools are kettlebells, bodyweight, and a passion for inspiring confidence!
