I have spent over five years in the fitness industry, doing everything from training, group ex instructing, and even managing. While my personal fitness affects me very strongly, I see a much more profound calling to bringing fitness into other peoples' lives. While it is important for me to get my clients or participants sweating, I also stress the importance of good form to avoid injury (especially while on vacation!) My two main tenets through training are core activation and stabilization throughout the entirety of a movement. I am currently applying to Physical Therapy school, where I hope to continue bringing fitness into each person's life.
