Good Evening,
a little bio on myself... I have been obsessed with fitness as long as I can remember. I can honestly remember in 1983 working out to Jane Fonda videos in my living room instead of doing my homework. It’s always been a passion of mine. But until 1997 I didn’t realize I could turn it into a career. After High School I went to business school. In Manhattan to become a court stenographer. But as I was going to business school and completing my degree I always had fitness as my top priority. It gave me energy and confidence. After completing business school I worked for quite a few years in all different court rooms. Never enjoying it for one day. After years of having a career I hated I just quit one day and decided to follow my passion of becoming a fitness instructor and really get involved in helping people achieve their fitness goals. I was certified through ACE and began working in a fabulous upscale boutique styled gym only for woman. I loved it from day one. I met all different types of ladies who I am very close friends with now. I was always very dedicated to each person and listened to their struggles. I was a very sought after trainer. I was employed for ten years there and during that time I was photographed in five fitness books and used on tv a couple of times on fitness segments. In 2008 I decided to go solo... it’s been amazing. I have had clients from working moms to high fashioned models. Lawyers and doctors. I still feel as passionate now about fitness as I did back in 1983 when I started working out to Jane Fonda videos. I travel to Italy every summer and manage to keep up my workouts daily. I try to be an inspiration to those around me and my beautiful ten year old daughter. I am a very dedicated and loyal person. Honest and full of energy. I love to travel and meet new people and thought this would be a great new opportunity.
