Mike Knox

Hi, my name is Mike Knox. I’m a father of 2 handsome young men and married to a gorgeous wife of 21 years in Minnesota. We’ve always lived in this frozen tundra and enjoy traveling to somewhere warm when we get a chance, especially during the winter months! This career provides me the opportunity to do so. 

My passion is to help people feel better about themselves after having worked out with me than when we first met! Movement is medicine. Be sure to take your dose daily.
