Heather Sarbaugh

My mission as a yoga teacher is to share the benefits of yoga with others and help students develop/deepen their own yoga practice while having fun and creating connections with the community. Life is too short to be serious all the time, my classes will be upbeat, playful, and energetic while pushing students to their own edge. Yoga is my passion and I have been practicing since 2009.
