Rainford Anderson

My name is Rainford Michael Anderson, I am a native of Jamaica.  I am a well determined and vigorous individual, yet pleasantly calm.  I encourage fighting for what you desire and believe in, and doing it through God because nothing great comes easy and with God every thing is possible.

I am a self starter, motivated by my love for learning, teaching and succeeding as I strive to become an outstanding and successful man in today's society; with the definitive goal of owning a renowned gym and spa.

Through my passion for training, I have in my past embraced a fanatical interest in body building in which I won second place for North Coast body building in 1996.  Recognized as one of Sandals Resort's Rising Star in 2003, 2004 and 2006. 

I have worked for hotels most of my life, 20+ years as the Fitness Coordinator/Instructor but wore many hats. I was featured in the North Coast times as "Might Mike" my named known throughout the Caribbean as the most committed and dedicated team member in the business.  To date I am still training internationally and in addition promoting my product the "Rockhard100 Fitness Crunch Belt" that has been proven to peel inches off the core in 90 days when worn as indicated.
