- With over 19 Years in the fitness and health industry I've been able to hone in my skills in management, teaching and training trainers/fitness instructors, and yoga teachers. My specialty and my love and passions are in teaching yoga and and spirituality. I recently sold my yoga studio which I owned for 8 years and now am focusing on growing the Spiritual coaching and Event Yoga Teacher and Retreat side of my business. I am passionate about helping others realize their true selves through yoga, breathwork, movement, meditation and working through trauma that is stored in the body.
