I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Science from Northern Michigan University where I played college basketball. I am also a Certified Weightlifting Performance Coach and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. I have been training athletes for over 10 years.
I am also a mother of 3: ages 5, 4, 4 - yes i have twins :) I am an expert working with young children in group classes.
