I have been a fitness professional for over 20 years. I have always had a passion for fitness. I have volunteered my time and skills and enthusiasm over the years in the group fitness setting either at a YMCA or at my work fitness centres. I have taught a wide variety of classes including: Step, Yoga, Strength, Abs, Boxing, Pilates, High and Low Impact Cardio classes. I currently teach Step and Yoga classes. I have also traveled and taught classes in various resorts in Turks and Caicos, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Jamaica, through NRG2GO and Club Med.
I am a British Columbia Recreations and Parks Association (BCRPA) registered Fitness Leader in the specialty areas of: Group Fitness, Yoga Fitness and Fitness Theory.
I have completed the St. John Ambulance Standard First Aid and Level C CPR/AED and they are up to date.
