Victoria Arvizu

Young Sun Moon, was born in Mexico City, Mexico and came to the United States at the age of fourteen. Growing up she was greatly influenced by her mother’s appreciation and knowledge for alternative medicine and under her uncle’s guidance, a distinguished scientist and acupuncturist in Korea, she decided that holistic medicine was the perfect path for her.

As a licensed acupuncturist in New York and New Jersey, she has a well-rounded knowledge in the art of acupuncture. She holds a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Tri-State College of Acupuncture, one of the most renowned acupuncture schools in the United States, where she built her foundation in three different styles of acupuncture. 
She also completed her Master's degree in Health Administration at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health, further enhancing her knowledge in this ever evolving healthcare industry.

As a perceptive practitioner, Young Sun obtained her yoga teacher certification through the Yoga Institute, and is a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance. Teaching yoga to patients and group classes has allowed her to further expand her scope of practice to be able to teach mindfulness and being in one's own body for ultimate health and wellness. She is also currently part of the academic staff at High Energy Fusion Yoga for their advanced 300 hour yin yoga teacher training curriculum.

Young Sun is constantly evolving and perfecting her art because she believes that the arena of holistic medicine is infinite and there is no limit to techniques or information that can be obtained to help anybody that needs her.
