My personal training is based on the individuals personal fitness goals. It is a funtional fitness program inclusive of cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility,agility, balance and nutrition . My client's age range is from high school aged students to senior citizens. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina in Pyschology. I have my personal training certification from NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine, I am a Level 1 certified CrossFit Instructor, a Les Mills Body Pump Instructor, I have my Precision Nutrition Cerification in sports nutrition and I am Silver Sneakers certified as well.
