Being healthy is important to me and fitness has always been a part of my life. In my spare time I love being with family and enjoying the outdoors. I am a mom of two beautiful boys. My husband is also into fitness so you can often find us together doing active things like biking, skating, going for walks and of course going to the gym together! I try to encourage friends and family to work out, I am really passionate about people living active lifestyles to live life to the fullest.
