Chelsea leads an active and energetic lifestyle. Her love for travel brought her to Korea
to teach English with her husband, from there they continued their travels throughout
Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Over the last 12 years, she has practiced yoga in a
variety of settings, including prenatal yoga preparing for the arrival of her two boys.
After completing her 220hr yoga teacher training, Chelsea has started a new chapter in
her life teaching yoga. Furthering her education, Chelsea completed her 100hr yin yoga
training and 35hr restorative yoga training. Chelsea enjoys practicing and teaching
gentle hatha, yin and vinyasa flow classes. Teaching yoga is an amazing opportunity for her to
share her love of yoga with others.
