I am 53 years young, with two adult children. I enjoy boating, biking, hiking, traveling, music and reading. I have been leading group fitness classes continuously since 1984 when I was in college. I have an Associate Degree in Nursing and am a Registered Nurse in Michigan since 1991.
I love instructing all types of group fitness classes and have fun with the members. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their individual fitness goals safely. I have taught from the beginning of floor aerobics through to the current formats. I am always learning through continuing education both on line, in books and hands on training. In addition to instructing 5-6 classes per week, I train on my own including yoga, pilates, barre, cardio, running and weight training.
