My name is Bon Tran

I am a fitness trainer who specializes in helping people achieve their weight loss goals, healthy transformations and achieve better performances in their lifestyle.

Every single day I wake up and get ready, I get to do something I love. I get to inspire people to do things that they normally wouldn’t do. Help and educate people on who they have to become and do what’s necessary to get what they want out their life. It is great to see the changes in someone from the inside out to know that they are improving the quality of their life, learning how to live a healthier lifestyle and most importantly is how to give more self-love. It is the most amazing thing in the world. In fact, the fun part is trying to figure out all the different ways we can do that because every special individual has an adventure to live, a battle to fight and story to tell that can inspire as well as help others believe that it’s possible for them too.

Personally what I enjoy and the type of training do for myself is hypertrophy training in the gym and boot camp body weight training. I've been active my entire life, I've played professional badminton at a provincial level and has done training for 100m dash runs. Personal record of hitting 10.87 seconds.

Last year October, I started Goju karate and in the process of learning and perfecting my techniques. I have done one competition and plan on doing another in march in the states. My goal is to be able to do the splits at the end of year and get a green belt. Long term goal is the black belt.
