Heli Wiener

Fitness professional who works full time casting and developing talent, as well as managing a successful group fitness program for Life Time in Illinois.  I currently am AFAA certified, as well as Schwinn Cycle.  I can teach a range of classes - strength and conditioning, cycle and aqua.  I bring an enthusiasm for fitness and vast knowledge base that is quite extensive.  I look forward to the opportunity to fuse my two passions - fitness and traveling.
