Rachel Wilkinson

My name is Rachel, pronounced 'Raquel', as in Raquel Welch. My passion of conducting classes began while I was an actual student myself. I was a faithful "student" of cardi-kickboxing and high impact step, and through my experience, I began to conduct the warm ups and cool downs for the instructors. After so many months of that, I decided that I would actually like to instruct the classes myself. So after giving birth, I decided that the time was right.....and here I am!
