I am a complete health coach I have my education and post graduate studies in anatomy and physiology. I have had my own business for 10 years now that has been very successful in weight loss and total health coaching. I specialize in helping people with their overall health needs. Some of the areas I focus on are balancing the kinetic chain,weight koss,weight tone,nutrition,and keeping all exercises biomechanically safe .I have extensive graduate work in chiropractic which helps me protect and rehab the clients back and spine.
