Meredith Russell

I fell in love with the practice of yoga due to an incredible teacher and mentor who made yoga more than physical but a mental retreat and journey. I got my RYT-200 through Yoga Center of Minneapolis in 2016. In my yoga class you can expect to get a good sweat and workout that flows with the breath through mindful movement. I also teach bar and am the Studio Manager of a pilates studio.
