Tara George has been teaching various styles of dance for over 15 years, and she has been teaching group fitness classes for the past five years. She currently holds two Barre Fitness certifications, a PIYO Live certification, and a Phase I Pilates certification. She enjoys teaching all these formats, and loves motivating and challenging her class participants.
Last November, Tara worked with several fellow instructors to create and implement a new program for Love to Be Fit Studios in Exton, PA called, 'Barre Pump.' This particular class incorporates the use of a weighted barre along with fun dance choreography.
She is excited to be part of the Fitness Pro Travel Team!
