My discovery of yoga began with practicing at Sumner County YMCA and quickly realized a passion for the practice. Shortly after I discovered a deep love for hot yoga, then enrolled into a teacher training program at Edge Yoga at the guidance of Shannon Cline. After completing the 200-hour training certified by Yoga Alliance. Janet currently teaches at My Hot Yoga Place Vinyasa on Tuesday and Yoga Sculpt Fusion on Thursday.  Also teaching a Yoga Sculpt class at Sumner County YMCA on Friday and Vinyasa at Foxland Country Club on Wednesday. In my class, I love to combine a spirit of playfulness, creative sequencing as well as a challenge.
