I am a dedicated yoga and group fitness instructor with over 700 hours of training, specializing in Power, Vinyasa, Yin, and AccuYin—a unique practice that blends yin yoga with accupressure for deep physical and energetic release.
In addition to yoga, I have extensive group fitness experience, teaching Sculpt & Tone and Hot HIIT classes. Students often share that my classes are both mentally and physically challenging, supporting strength, resilience, and focus. My Yin classes, in particular, are frequently described as transporting students to an entirely new world—offering deep stillness, release, and connection.
During my 300-hour training, I completed 100 hours focused on pranayama and meditation, allowing me to seamlessly incorporate these practices into my classes or teach them as standalone offerings. I am also the creator of Soul Connection Flow, my signature programming designed to cultivate a profound connection with the soul through intentional movement, breath, and energetic techniques such as Reiki (level 1 completed).
I’m excited to continue my Fit Bodies journey and help others feel their best while challenging themselves both mentally and physically.
