Physically I am a 40 year old brunette, culturally proud metis mom of 3. I have 2 boys Kestyn 18 & Bohe 10, my daughter Delaiya is 16. By trade I am a Hairstylist/Esthetician of 22 years. I own a quaint, classy simplistic Salon & Wellness studio in the small community of, Westlock Alberta, 1 hour north of Edmonton. I love being able to serve people and make them feel great about themselves. Within the busiest years of being a mom, my husband encouraged me to take a step back from the demands pressures and expectations and do something just for me, so I took a yoga class. I immediately fell in love with the practice. I began to learn how to let go, and breath. With my love of Yoga sitting deep within my heart I enrolled in the 200 Hr YTT with Empowered yoga in Edmonton. I had never felt so at home. The Training deepened my connection and love of myself through the practice of yoga. I soon began to explore the practice of meditation. I compleated the Learn to teach Meditation training through Lifestyle Meditation in Edmonton AB. I have such a passion and deep desire to share my love of yoga and meditaion with those around me. It has changed my perception of life, and the way I want to embrace and live.
