Kate is a business owner who strives to practice balance in all aspects of her life. She is an active fitness practitioner who has combined all aspects of fitness and wellness into her classes. She has developed yoga programs for corporations, professionals, and countless other amazing individuals from all around the globe that combines holistic, wellness and balanced lifestyle.
She has been teaching cross-fit, group fitness, and aquafit classes for over 20 years in various fitness clubs including Golds Gym and London Womens Fitness. Recently, she completed her RYS200 Yoga Instructor Certificate. She has been teaching yoga flow and Chakra balancing classes for the last 2 years in London Ontario.
Her most popular class is a balanced flow yoga class that emphasizes opening chakras and creating an overall sense of well being regardless of fitness level. This 50-minute class dedicates 7 minutes to each chakra and utilizes Isochronic tones to help raise participants vibration and energy. She is looking forward to meeting new people and traveling to new destinations to share her love and passion for fitness and yoga.
