Carolyn Stevens

In my younger years I played around as a gymnast exploring my limitations. As I got older I became a cheerleader and then eventually it transitioned to a love a movement and I found yoga. I initially started my journey as a student in 2010 on and off for a couple years, until I found HOT yoga. Since I live in a colder country 6+ months of the year the heat soothed a need I felt had been missing for sometime. Eventually that lead to teaching yoga and I took my first 2 training's in 2015, followed by two more in 2016. It was my passion for both people and movement that made me want to explore teaching. I can not wait to take my teaching outside of Canada and broaden my horizon's further.
