I am an outgoing, friendly and bubbly person. I love making jokes, making food, and making friends. Give me good music, food, people, and a new view and I'm all for it. I love variety, it is the spice of life, I can go from 100 miles an hour to still, and bring others along with me. I enjoy meeting new people, trying new things, and thinking, and hearing different views, learning is the essence of life, as all of life is a lesson.
I've always been an existential debater, and often wondered and felt fear over purpose, meaning and life itself. Through yoga, I found that all the confusion was because I was looking outside for answers as opposed to within. Once I started to ask myself instead of ask or seek it from others, I became much more clear in my life and purpose.
I now seek to help others find that personal power that comes from investigating our own deep needs and desires, and the fears and pains behind the hesitation in fulfilling them. It is such a gift yoga gives to be gently shown that my problems are from myself and no one else. a hard lesson but a greatly valuable one. My ego loves to come in and blame others, but that only prevents me from making changes to stop what I don't like because I give that power to others, so I laugh at it's gripes now!
I enjoy teaching children the joys of yoga, and tools they can use to maintain peace in their lives regardless of the chaos outside. When we teach kids introspection we create healthy, realistic, and responsible adults, who then benefit the world and instill positive change.
I love sharing the gifts and joy of yoga with anyone who will have it!
