Crystal Murphey

Crystal Murphey is the Health & Wellness Director for the South Montgomery County YMCA's located in the Woodlands Texas. She manages over 80 fitness instructors and 198 classes a week. Crystal's love for fitness began as a young child participating in ballet, volleyball, and basketball. Her passion for aerobics grew as she did workout videos with her mom through highschool. Crystal received her group fitness certification at age 18 in 1997 and taught step, floor aerobics, hi/low, and slide through out college. Crystal graduated from Abilene Christian University with an Advertising/PR degree. Crystal's current love and passion is teaching Les Mills Body Combat, a martial arts cardio class. She teaches twice a week at the YMCA's.
