Inessa Dygal

As a Yogini practitioner for over 10 years, Inessa heard her calling as a teacher six years ago.

“Similar to the calling of an engineer, yoga has a strong pull into its orbit. Since I found yoga, I manage my life as a chaos that surrounds me. When I emerge from the daily nitty-gritty and into my peaceful state, the feeling is divine. I especially love lunch time yoga which gives me a sense of calm in the middle of the hectic work day”

YoginiNess is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, RYT-200. 2013 graduate from Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and 2017 graduate from Yin Yoga Teacher Training at Rama Lotus Yoga Centre in Ottawa.
