Rebecca Roble is an accredited Integrative Nutritionist, certified Personal Trainer and dōTERRA Wellness Advocate. For years, she struggled with finding happiness because she was working long hours and didn’t make time for herself. Then she saw several people close to her pay a high price for neglecting exercise and health. This showed her first-hand how important these things are. So she embarked on a health & nutrition journey. She learned the transformative impact of making sustainable lifestyle changes and establishing a healthy and realistic outlook on goals and daily efforts. She is convinced that anyone can achieve the enhanced mental and physical wellness that have transformed her own life.

These experiences, combined with years of a very active lifestyle as well as having a personal training business for almost 20 years, has given her motivation to share her expertise for a healthy, clean life. As a former athlete in volleyball, softball, triathlons and her proudest accomplishment, raising a daughter, she has now progressed to her next journey in life, helping people lead fuller, happier and healthier lives.

Her blog, Aeroble Fit & Wellness, was created out of her desire to share ideas with her readers, and discuss topics that will inspire others to become a ‘better’ version of themselves while keeping health and fitness a priority.

She’ll discuss healthy cooking, smoothie recipes, meditation, workshops, fitness, essential oils, etc., with the goal of inspiring healthier habits and ultimately cultivating a healthy lifestyle.
