I've been teaching for almost as long as I've been standing. I taught gymnastics for 10+ years, as part of a family business. My day job is teaching sales people how to sell. I've been teaching yoga for two years, and continue to expand my learning and understanding of the practice. After my 200 hour teacher training, I continued on to get yin certified. I'm also getting certified in Restorative.
