Demiree Mcalpin

My name is Demi and I am a 200-Hour Registered yoga instructor with Yoga alliance. I focus on guiding my students through dynamic postures that allow them to feel empowered and embrace their authenticity. I bring a theme to each class. This includes, but is not limited to, a class based on a single chakra, gratitude, or even surrender. Each student comes to yoga for a different purpose, this can vary even day to day. I acknowledge that I am a guide, and to make each practice their own. My hope is to reach more students and cultivate a stronger practice.
