I've been in the Fitness field since 1995. I started with Group Fitness including Step, Core Training, Intervals, Circuit Training, Cycling, Strength, Les Mills BodyPump, Aqua, Kickboxing, Les Mills SPRINT, Les Mills CXWORX and stretch. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2011 and train one-on-one and small groups. I love fitness and sharing my enthusiasm through teaching and training! I have been the Director of Fitness at my gym since 2011 and manage a team of 54 instructors and an average of 125 classes per week. I love working with people at different fitness levels and watching them find success.
In my free time (what free time?!) I spend time with my husband, dog and 3 kids!
