I started practicing asana as a teen when I was looking for something to ease pain from an injury. I found that after completing the physical postures, I could feel my body tingling from the inside out – the movements of twisting and turning and tensing and releasing helped feed every cell in my body with nutrient rich prana. Over the years it has become clear that it is my passion and life’s purpose to share this practice with others. I create a welcoming and inclusive environment that allows students to approach the practice with a calm and open mind. In turn, classes are a space for students to find relief from common everyday ailments, increase strength and flexibility, and find a sense of peace within, through the body and breath connection.
