My journey into the fitness world began with a Nurtition degree from Penn State University in 1996. I worked several years as a Registered Dietitian in the healthcare setting. I then stayed home to raise my children. During which time I maintained my RDN and a personal fitness routine that included yoga. After about 7 years of practicing yoga on my own, I decided to become an instructor. I obtained my training certificate through Holy Yoga in May of 2017 earning my 200hr level training. I am a 200hr- RYT through Yoga Alliance as well. Now I am the owner of GraceFit, LLC and have been teaching anywhere from 2-5/ classes of yoga per week since July 2017.
